Friday night, Jon and I got to go and have dinner at Jeff and Kelley's. Cooper was very excited to see his new cousin. He said a quick "hi" to the baby and ran down the hall shouting that the baby was here. Cooper and Logan were very excited about the baby. Logan did a lot of fun pointing at him and I think he even attempted to sit with him at one point. We really enjoyed the interactions between the three boys.

Ethan survived his very first bath. . . we're not sure if he liked it or not. I think he has mixed feelings about getting wet, however, he certainly enjoyed being clean.

He's Here! (Finally)

Welcome Ethan David Klassen!

Ethan David was born on Saturday, September 6th at 5:43 in the morning. He is a beautiful little guy weighing in at 8 pounds, 6 ounces. He is also 21.3 inches long!

Jolie is doing great after laboring for 30 hours only to dialate to almost 9 cm. She ended up delivering him via c-section bright and early Saturday morning.

Jon is catching up on sleep as he helped Jolie quite a bit and was a great support during the whole thing! She couldn't have done it without him. He is also a swaddling pro!
(He didn't even pass out during the c-section!).

Pregnancy Update: Still Pregnant

After 9 months (or has it been 10?), our due date has come and gone and still no baby Klassen. Today, Jolie went to the doctor and will be checking into Clovis Community Hospital on Thursday evening to start the inducing process. So, if all goes well, this little dude will make his appearance sometime on Friday. Please keep them in prayers as they prepare for this big day and go through the labor process.
